Chandra has delivered modularized and rapidly configurable systems and applications in supply chain and operations, healthcare, finance, and social media platforms.
Tim is a recognized expert in omni-channel retailing. Most recently, Tim was a Managing Director at Strategy&, the Strategy consulting arm of PwC, where he focused on omnichannel design and execution for both retailers and consumer product companies. Prior to that, Tim was a partner at Booz Allen & Hamilton, helping a wide variety of global businesses with operations strategy, supply chain management and strategic sourcing. He is the author or co-author of four books, including Strategic Product Creation, and Internet Retail Operations and several publications. Tim also serves as the Professor of Practice at the prestigious Darden Business School in UVA, where he also earned his PhD in Operations Management
Joe has 35+ years experience in retail & logistics consulting. He spent 18+ years with Deloitte Consulting as the Head of Retail Supply Chain practice in the US as well as the Head of Logistics & Distribution practice. Joe has led numerous supply chain transformation projects over the course of his career. His functional expertise includes supply chain strategy and execution, Omni-Channel Design, optimizing product flow profitability, network optimization, speed to market and logistics operational improvements. Joe has a BSBA, from Georgetown University.
Dean serves as an advisor for OmniphAI. He is a Serial entrepreneur, who nurtures and grows small companies to strategic exits or transformative financings. Dean has a deep background in finance. Starting in Wall Street, Dean made the transition to main street, founding several companies, and growing others either through serving in the boards or in official C-level and VP level positions. Dean is a passionate community leader and serves as a treasurer in the Boys and Girls club in Austin. At other times, Dean can be seen riding his custom bike or flying one of his planes. Dean is an MBA graduate from the Darden Business School in UVA.
Jason's fundamental research in fulfillment optimization is one of the primary drivers of our solution. He helps in model building and commercialization of the system. Jason received a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Operations Research Center and a B.S. in Physics from Yale University. Jason's research interests include applied operations research and non-traditional supply chains. Specifically, he has focused on characterizing and developing implementable solutions for the unique problems arising in supply chain networks of online retailing, including substantial work with Amazon on fulfillment optimization. He has received numerous awards for the same. Jason currently is an Assistant Professor in the Penn State Smeal College of Business.
Arun's primary research area is in Customer Lifetime Value and how firms can grow revenue through customer relationship management. By leveraging insights in measuring the effects of marketing initiatives such as loyalty programs, digital coupons, and email communications on short-term and long-term customer value, significant econometric and statistical methods can be developed to shape demand and influence promotions, together with inventory and fulfilment constraints. Arun is an assistant professor in Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the Wharton School, an M.B.A from Penn State, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
